Our Approach
Sustainability shapes how we build our catalog. Rather than carrying every disposable product on the market, we focus on plant-based and compostable options — tableware made from renewable materials like sugarcane fiber (bagasse) — so foodservice businesses have a genuine alternative to conventional plastic disposables.
Plant-Based Materials
Many of our products are made from renewable plant fibers rather than petroleum-based plastics. This reflects our belief that everyday foodservice packaging should be able to return to the earth rather than persist in it long after a meal is finished.
Reducing Dependence on Conventional Plastics
Single-use plastic tableware is still the default for a lot of foodservice operations. We want to make it easier for restaurants, caterers, and institutions to choose differently — offering plant-based alternatives across the categories businesses order most: bowls, clamshells, meal trays, cups, plates, sipper lids, and cutlery.
Responsible Sourcing
We work with suppliers who share our focus on responsibly sourced, plant-based materials, and we continue to evaluate our supply chain as our catalog grows.
End-of-Life Considerations
Where a product is described as compostable, please check local composting guidelines and facility acceptance — compostability can depend on local industrial composting infrastructure, and not every municipality accepts every compostable material. Environmental Accreditations
We work to have the products we sell independently assessed against recognized environmental standards, covering areas like responsible sourcing and lower-impact materials, so businesses can make informed choices about what they put on the table.
Continuous Improvement
Sustainability isn't a single milestone for us — it's an ongoing part of how we choose products and suppliers. As better plant-based and compostable options become available, we aim to bring them into our catalog.
